By accessing or using Redshirt Fantasy ("Redshirt", "we", "us", or "our") — including the website at https://playredshirt.com and the Redshirt mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Redshirt Fantasy. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@playredshirt.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create accounts using automated means, create accounts under false pretenses, or maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
Redshirt Fantasy is a season-long fantasy sports platform. By participating in leagues, you agree to play in good faith, follow league rules set by the commissioner, and accept all game outcomes as final once processed by our system.
Commissioners are responsible for managing their leagues fairly. Redshirt may intervene in cases of clear abuse but is not obligated to resolve disputes between league members.
Player statistics are sourced from the College Football Data API (cfbd.com). We are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data. Scoring corrections may be applied if a clear data error is identified.
Redshirt Fantasy is strictly a season-long entertainment platform. We do not operate daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests, offer cash prizes, or facilitate any form of gambling or wagering.
Any private side bets or cash arrangements between league members are solely between those individuals. Redshirt has no involvement in or liability for private wagering.
Our use of college athlete names, positions, and statistics is for fantasy sports entertainment purposes under established legal frameworks for fantasy sports. We do not use athlete photographs or claim any endorsement by athletes or their schools.
We do not display official school logos or licensed marks without appropriate authorization. School names and colors used in the app are for identification purposes only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Certain features of Redshirt Fantasy may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Redshirt name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by Redshirt Fantasy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (team names, league names, profile information), but grant us a license to use it to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any statistics, scores, or other data provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redshirt Fantasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
